How to order?
Fill out the order form found in our carrd (koreboxph.carrd.co) and wait for a confirmation email within 24 hours. The confirmation email will provide an invoice of your full due payment and our payment details. Please send us a DM if you did not receive any confirmation email within 24 hours.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee depends on the chosen Korebox, preferred courier, and location. Please DM us to get an exact quotation.
Can I send a surprise package for my bestie/SO?
Of course, we’d love to help you surprise a friend! Just submit an order form and we’ll send a DM to your bestie/SO. You can choose to remain anonymous or not. We can also include a printed love letter in your bestie’s (or SO's!) care package! <3
How long will it take for my Korebox to arrive?
We are currently accepting orders per batch and shipping them every 2 weeks. Please check our Order Form for the target mass shipping dates. We also post updates weekly so stay tuned to our social media sites as well.
What can be the 'theme' of my Korebox?
We can customize your Korebox to your favourite K-pop group and Kdrama. You can send out some inspos if you have some ideas and we will try our best to do them. However, please manage your expectations. We can also make a care package for a birthday, anniversary - not necessarily Kpop or Kdrama related.

Please be 100% sure before submitting the order form.
All buyers must comply within the given deadline of payment (DOP). Additional Php 20 per day for late payments.
Down payments are non-refundable.
Strictly no cancellation of order/s after submitting the order form. If you wish to cancel your order, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount ordered. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will automatically mark you as a bogus buyer.
Bogus buyers and joy reservers will be blacklisted.
Please avoid changing your username if you have a pending transaction with us. If you need to change your username, please inform us beforehand so we can take note of the changes.
The products posted are for pre-order unless stated otherwise.
For sco, links will be sent via DMs. Please make sure to check out a day before your preferred mass shipment date.
We will not be held liable for the delays, losses, or damages after handling the items to the courier.
We make sure that the orders/items are packed securely. We also send pictures of the orders/items before shipping. However, if there are damages incurred by our packing, we require an unboxing video as proof that we are liable for the damages (no unboxing = no refund, exchange, or returns).
Rest assured that we always update on our SNS, and we email customers if there are any urgent matters to deal with.
